USA: Doctor faces felony after being accused over drug charges

syracuse.com on July 28, 2011 reported that a Baldwinsville doctor is facing a felony after he was accused Tuesday of selling a prescription for a controlled substance, a felony, state police said today. Dr. Kenneth J. Corse II, 53, of 10 Massey Place, also was charged with one count of fraud and deceit, a state public health law misdemeanor. The state Department of Health’s Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement asked troopers to assist in an investigation of a doctor who was selling multiple prescription scripts to be used in obtaining controlled substances illegally.
