Jon Norberg, an orthopedic surgeon who joined Sanford Medical just recently, is accused of drugging a woman in his home and engaging in various sexual acts without her knowledge. The criminal complaint says the victim was unconscious and the use of the drug created a substantial risk of death. Norberg is accused of injecting the woman with the drug "propofol" – the same drug that killed Michael Jackson.
