cecilwhig.com on September 02, 2011 reported that an abortion doctor involved with a clandestine Elkton facility last summer is facing new punishments in her home state of Utah. Dr. Nicola Irene Riley, of Salt Lake City, entered into a stipulation and order agreement with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing on Wednesday. In that agreement, she admitted to providing inaccurate information regarding her criminal background when she applied for a Utah medical and controlled substances license in 2004, according to DOPL Director Mark Steinagel.
