The lawsuit filed by Bernadet Guevarra in San Mateo County Superior Court claims Nursing Services Vice President Stephanie Mearns tried preventing her clinical certification and that another manager, Paula Boylan, told police she was a threat based on an angry Facebook post that did not mention her by name.
