dnaindia.com on October 17, 2011 reported that a 32-year old doctor has been arrested by the police for allegedly duping another doctor to the tune of Rs73.48 lakh by promising him admission into Grant Medical College. The accused claimed that he knows the dean of the hospital and could secure a seat in the MS Orthopaedics course. The police are on the lookout for two more persons, including another doctor, as it seems to be a well-organised racket. Dr Ajaykumar Indrasen Singh, 32, a native of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh, was arrested by the police.
