mid-day.com on October 18, 2011 reported that a 30-year-old female doctor who runs a private clinic was allegedly molested by a cardiologist at Max Hospital in Saket where the victim had gone for a check-up. The incident occurred on Sunday morning. A senior police official close to the investigation confirmed the case. The official said that they have arrested the accused after the victim approached the police. He added that the cardiologist has been identified as Dr Hamid Bashir. He lives in Neb Sarai area and has been practicing at Max Hospital in Saket for the past four months.
