Dr. Charles Scarborough has not been arrested, though four people have been on drug charges, including Scarborough's office manager. The Baker County Sheriff's Office served the order Tuesday and shut down the clinic. Baker County Sheriff Joey Dobson has said that his office had heard allegations for years about the downtown Maclenny medical office, but it was hard to build a case. His detectives teamed with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and raided the office in September.
