USA: Doctor arrested second time for same charges

heraldtribune.com on November 16, 2011 reported that a podiatrist arrested in August on charges of forging prescriptions to obtain oxycodone and other medications was arrested again Wednesday for reportedly doing the same thing. Boyd Allen Robinson, 44, of the 500 block of Dona Drive in Nokomis, turned himself in at the Charlotte County Jail. He faces two felony charges. Sarasota County detectives arrested Boyd in August on six counts of fraud and one count of forgery. Sarasota County arrest records said Robinson was a podiatrist at The foot & Ankle Clinics of Venice, Englewood and Port Charlotte, and the Surgery Center at St. Andrews.
