Lisa Ann and David Hernandez filed a lawsuit on Nov. 16 in Harris County District Court against Victor-Hugo Arellano, M.D., of Cy-Fair, and Spring Valley-area Centro Medico Familia, citing medical malpractice and gross negligence. Lisa Hernandez says on Aug. 26, 2009, she sought treatment at Centro Medico Familia, located at 8700 Long Point in Spring Valley, after an automobile accident caused her to hit her head on the steering wheel of her vehicle.
