Eric James Christiansen, 49, was handed a six-month conditional sentence at what was to be the start of his trial in provincial court in St. Albert on Monday. He also will be on probation for three years. Christiansen was charged with six counts of sexual assault earlier this year after RCMP received complaints from four women.
