chad.co.uk on November 30, 2011 reported that a MAN accused of sexually assaulting an 89-year-old woman at her Sutton home while claiming to be her doctor, has been remanded in custody for a further two weeks. Christopher Hayball (53) made a second appearance at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday. He had been due to make an application for bail but that was postponed until the next hearing. Hayball, of Mansfield Road, Heath, Chesterfield, is also accused of sexually touching a 74-year-old woman in similar circumstances in Eastwood.
