India: Police book four more bogus doctors

timesofindia.com on December 14, 2011 reported that police have booked four more bogus doctors, two in Rajkot city and two in Rajkot rural. According to the police, all four were just standard XII pass and were practicing as doctors for a long time. They have been booked under Section 30 of Medical Practitioner's Act and Section 419 of Indian Penal Code. According to details, two people have been booked with Thorala police station in Rajkot city. Acting on a tip-off, city police raided a clinic of Mohammad Bloch (40), a resident of Lakhajiraj Shramjivi Society, and seized medicines and cash from the clinic.
