USA: Doctor's license suspended over allegations of misconduct

tdn.com on December 20, 2011 reported that the state Medical Quality Assurance Commission Tuesday suspended the license of Long Beach doctor Brandon Adams, charging him with predatory sexual misconduct and "boundary violations" with female patients. Adams, 79, also is charged with failing to maintain records for patients for whom he prescribed painkillers, according to allegations the commission released Tuesday. Adams specializes in family medicine and psychiatry and practices on his own.
