Dr Ghulam Nabi was arrested yesterday from Jhelum Diagnostic Centre here after complaints that he was carrying out illegal surgical procedures, an official spokesman said. "The team found the doctor operating upon a female patient in a dilapidated room under unhygienic conditions seemingly unfit for carrying out any medical or surgical procedure," he said.
