timesofindia.com on January 13, 2012 reported that the Kankarbagh police on Friday arrested one Pramod Kumar Jha from Chandmari Road area while trying to dupe a woman of her ornaments in the garb of a doctor. Jha is a native of Hisad village under Khirhar police station in Madhubani district and currently lived near R-Block roundabout in Patna. City SP Kim said that with the arrest of Jha, 15-20 cases under different police stations would be solved. Police said that Jha had quit his job of a conductor in transport department. Claiming to be a doctor, he used to target old women who remain alone at their houses. He used to tell them that her son had sent him for treating her.
