cbc.ca on January 17, 2012 reported that a former Edmonton doctor was found guilty on three of nine sex-related charges Tuesday. Javier Mauricio Castillo Cortes showed no reaction during decision Tuesday. Javier Mauricio Castillo Cortes, showed no reaction as he was convicted on two counts of unlawfully touching a person under the age of 14 and one count of inviting touching for a sexual purpose. "We're pleased that he got designated as a child sexual offender," said Det. Francine McVeigh, who led the police investigation. "That was the important thing."
