Erica Gilliatt wrote the prescriptions between 2005 and 2011 while providing physician services at Halifax-area nursing homes, says a reprimand announcement on the Nova Scotia College of Physicians and Surgeons website. Her narcotics prescriptions for nursing home residents, who were patients of other doctors, were picked up by the province’s prescription drug monitoring system.
