A team from Director Health Services Kashmir led by Chief Medical Officer Srinagar, Dr Farooq Ahmad, raided the Jhelum Valley Diagnostic Center situated at Hari Singh High Street here on a tip off and arrested the medico. “He was conducting various surgical procedures and USG screenings for sex-determination at his clinic,” Director Health Services Kashmir, Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman, told Greater Kashmir.
