Fifty-three-year-old Charles Sutherland of Moberly was sentenced in 2010 to five years of probation after pleading guilty to forgery. As a result of the probation violation due to a pending case in Randolph County, Sutherland will now be in prison for the next 120 days. After that, a judge will determine if he should serve the full seven years of his original Monroe County sentence.
