wyckoff.patch.com on January 17, 2012 reported that police arrested 65-year-old Alan Lupinacci Tuesday on charges that he was practicing medicine without a license out of his Wyckoff office, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli. According to Molinelli, Lupinacci lost his medical license in 1995 after he pleaded guilty to 10 counts of criminal sexual contact with female patients. In 2003, Lupinacci then began practicing out of the Wyckoff Health Shoppe on Wyckoff Avenue. A court order prohibited Lupinacci from practicing medicine or using a title that indicated he had a medical license.
