Dr. Terri Charisse Coble was convicted following an August 2009 arrest for drunken driving. Her preliminary blood-alcohol level results ranged between 0.127 percent and 0.139 percent, according to MBC. Coble — who is from Missouri but has an address of record in La Quinta, according to the state — failed to notify the state Medical Board of the conviction within 30 days.
